Description
Both spring and fall hunts can be very windy and very cold. Spring weather are generally 40-60 degrees and very windy. Spring hunting will require more hiking as bears are higher up. Be prepared with adequate hunting clothing-layering systems recommended. There are often heavy winds and rainstorms in the spring, but days will be longer (16 hours of daylight) allowing for more hunting time to find the bigger boars. Fall weather often brings snow. Hunting season during the fall takes place in early to mid October.
