Description

A great hunt on the East Coast for Eastern Turkey! This is a 2:1 fully guided 1 day hunt for Eastern Turkey on a mix of public and private land. Meals and lodging are client provided. Outfitter will supply a packed lunch and snacks during the hunt. This hunt can be arranged for either archery or shotgun. Spring season runs through the month of May and Fall Season is October 1-14. These are OTC tags but hunters must purchase them online before they arrive in camp. Fall hunters can also have an opportunity to hunt ruffed grouse, woodcock, rabbits and coyotes. Option to add an additional day of hunting or to bring a non-hunter for additional costs. *Price is for 2 hunters for 1 day of hunting.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

These are OTC tags but hunters must purchase them online before they arrive in camp. Fall hunters can also have an opportunity to hunt ruffed grouse, woodcock, rabbits and coyotes. Option to add an additional day of hunting or to bring a non-hunter for additional costs. *Price is for 2 hunters for a 1 day hunt.

Hunter will be responsible to get their own local hotel for this hunt. There are plenty in the area and outfitter will make arrangements to meet every morning to hunt.

Hunter will be responsible to provide their own meals for this hunt. Outfitter will supply a bagged lunch and snacks in the field. There are plenty of local restaurants to eat at.

Hunter should be prepared to do some light hiking for this hunt. This is a spot and stalk hunt. Calling will be used to bring in Toms. Hunter and guide will use trees for cover.

Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

Final destination city is Albany or Burlington New York. Hunters must rent a car to get to their motel. All field transportation is provided.

Description

Hunter should be prepared for moderate temperatures in both the fall and spring. Some wet weather is also to be expected so rain gear is a must. Hunter should have comfortable and durable hiking boots. Outfitter will call and set up hunters in a good area to get a shot. Fall hunters can also have the opportunity to hunt ruffed grouse and woodcock. Full gear list to be provided when booked.
