Description

This is a great opportunity to hunt the Adirondack whitetail! This is a 2:1 fully guided 5 day hunt. This hunt will be organized with ground blinds and spot and stalk. This outfitter has a total of 87 of private acres, but this hunt will also utilize public land. There is a lot of public land in the area. Hunter will be around the 6 million acres of the Adirondack park which is more than half public. Option to upgrade to a 1:1 hunt for an additional charge. Snacks and lunch provided will be provided during the day. Lodging and meals can be arranged with an additional Option to add a black bear with no trophy fee. Opportunistic hunt-can shoot if seen.

          Refund Policy:

          Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

          Client must provided their own lodging for their hunt. Outfitter can help arrange for cabin rentals on the lake. There are docks out front and outfitter will arrange to pick up hunters from their cabin with a boat. Hunter may also choose to have lodging included for an extra fee in a wall tent.

          Hunter will be responsible to provide their own meals for this hunt. Outfitter will supply a bagged lunch and snacks in the field. There are plenty of local restaurants to eat at. Meals may also be selected as outfitter provided if selected. Outfitter will serve homestyle cooking-fresh foods with meat and potatoes.

          This hunt will be a mix between spot and stalk and blinds. Hunter should be prepared for 2-10 miles of hiking a day. Outfitter can arrange for a physical abilities.


          Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

          Final destination city is Albany or Burlington New York. Hunters must rent a car to get to their motel. All field transportation is provided.

          Description

          Depending on what time of year the hunt is booked (this can be booked as an archery, black powder, or rifle hunt) hunter should be prepared for mild to cold weather. Rain gear is a must as this part of the state can be wet. Hunter should bring comfortable and durable hiking boots. A good layering system is best. Outfitter will provide field transportation and expert guide service. Full gear list to be provided when booked.
