Description
This **10-day Grizzly/Black Bear Combo Hunt** offers an exciting and comprehensive hunting experience in the **Alaska Mountain Range**. It takes place within a **160-square-mile guide-exclusive concession** and on adjacent **state lands**. The grizzlies in this area are recognized by **SCI** and **Boone & Crockett** as true **interior Grizzly bears**, making this a premier destination for bear hunters. The hunt takes place in **spring** and **fall**, with **spring hunts occurring on odd years** and **fall hunts on even years**. During spring, bears have just emerged from hibernation, and the **mating season** begins, which encourages both **Grizzlies** and **Black bears** to cover vast distances in search of a mate. This makes for an exciting and active hunt. Hunters will spend long days **glassing from high vantage points**, tracking down their trophies, with opportunities to pursue both **Grizzly** and **Black bears**. The area is pristine and remote, ensuring a true wilderness experience. Accommodations are comfortable, with **cabin lodging** offering a cozy and rustic setting after a full day of hunting. Home-cooked meals are provided each morning and evening, and **sack lunches and snacks** are packed for hunters during the day’s hunt. **ATVs** and **off-road vehicles** are used to help hunters access the area and navigate the terrain. The journey to the hunting area begins with a flight to **Anchorage**, Alaska, followed by a small **air taxi charter** to the hunt area. From there, hunters will be taken into camp by ATV or truck. A total of **10 days** of hunting are included, plus travel days on each end for a full experience. This combo hunt provides a **unique opportunity** to hunt both **Grizzly** and **Black bears** in one of the most sought-after areas in Alaska, combining exceptional wilderness access with expert guidance and comfortable accommodations.

Description
They are located some 180 miles West Northwest of Anchorage. Laying on the West side of the Alaska Mountain Range. The main hunting area consists of 160 square miles of private property and is totally encompassed by state land (public). They lease this parcel exclusively. Making us the only outfitter in this area. Access to even Alaska residents is very limited. In the scheme of things, they have their own private hunting area in the mountains. One of the best parts, you are able to hunt off of the private property and into the surrounding state land; which in turn, opens up an even wider area. The best part of it all, hands down, is that the hunts are conducted out of comfortable cabins. Very rarely do we have to “spike out” on a hunt. Meaning… client does not have to carry his/her house on their back. Which in turn, saves on carrying some 30 plus pounds of gear a day. Not to mention, the wear and tear on the mind and body.
