Description

This is a 5 day 1:1 hunt in Oregon for big pronghorn. Little fitness is required for this hunt. It is a spot and stalk hunt. This is a draw only unit with max points. That means this area supports some of the biggest pronghorn in all of Oregon. Both rifle and archery are spot and stalk hunts. Hunter will stay in a nice trailer with a generator and running water. Fresh meals served by outfitter during the hunt.

Largest buck shot in 2019 was 86" Boone & Crockett. Dates available depend on season selected. Please indicate which season you want to hunt below.

Weapons description:

Hunters should be prepared to take a 200-600 yard shot for rifle.
Archery hunters should be prepared for a 20-70 yard shot.

      Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

      A great opportunity to get the biggest pronghorn antelope bucks in Oregon. This is a max point unit, so the quality of bucks are unbeatable. Hunter can use archery or rifle for this hunt-depending on what tag they draw. Season dates vary according to method of take. Hunter will stay in a new camper trailer with running water, electricity and a generator. Camp meals will be served with a mix of fresh and camping food. This is a spot and stalk hunt with light hiking.

      Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

      Final destination city is Tri-city, Oregon or Boise, Idaho. Outfitter will pick up and drop off hunters at either airport.

      Description

      Hunter will be hunting in August and early September. Light hunting clothing should suffice for the weather. Comfortable hiking boots and optics are must. Weather can still be very warm and hot. Full list to be provided by the outfitter when booked.
